Passing Over

Good Morning, all. I will make it short today. I have two quick poems for you today, one an original of mine and another sent to me by a friend.

Didn't think that I could last
Through the storm and its furious blast
But when I remembered from my past
How the Lord had brought me through
With Masterly finesse and left me with
Aplomb that left my enemies envious and aghast
I determined to ride the tide
For the storm's fury could not last
And Jehovah Nissi holds me fast.

A friend sent me this post, so I am sharing it with you:

The storm that was sent
To break you
Is going to be the storm
That God uses to
Make you!

Doing What I Can, While I Can,
Alma Jones
