Breezy January Ease

Hello all! Hope you enjoy unraveling this simple poem as much as I enjoyed writing it.

The barrenness of winter covers the trees
Stripped of their foliage - their leaves
The southern landscape hit with an arctic breeze
That causes car batteries to deaden
And water pipes to freeze.

But the soul remains warm inside
As a way is made homeward
To sip a bowl of stew in warm comfort and ease
Knowing that the storm is most over
And plans are being made to please
Knowing that adverse happenstance will
Never again be allowed, joy to seize.

1. Does this poem have anything at all to do with looking for a blessing in a storm? If so, what?
2.  Can you build a positive scenario based on this poem? A negative? It might seem difficult, but it is doable, I assure you.

If the LORD wills, I will give you my positive and negative scenarios on tomorrow.

Until we meet...
