On My Way

On my way to the doctor's office with my husband. He has a cold of the worst kind. Will let you hear from me later, if the Lord wills.

All is well on the cold front. It was a sinus issue and thank you for your concern.

To give you a little something on the title for this piece, I share this little snippet of a poem with you.

On My Way

I am on my way to where He wants me to go
I am on my way to things that I have never seen
I am on my faith journey with my Father in the lead
And I, and I know I am in good Hands indeed.

I have a path that I have been traveling for years
And now there is a detour in the path that I am on
But I will not give in to despair nor to fears
I will step on in faith, even if my eyes stream with tears
For I know that my Father sees and I know that He hears.

Armed with that knowledge and with the hope that lies within
I will take the new fork in my path since the other has been washed out
And I will step like I have never stepped before because my Father
Has planted deep within my heart a song that banishes my doubt
And I will soon be skipping along my new favored route!

Doing What I Can, While I Can Because I  Care,
