Yes Indeed!

Good morning, everybody! Home with old fires restoked and new fires blazing! The writer's retreat sponsored by the KenTenWriters at the KDVSRP (Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park) was wonderful! Have ideas for the novella that I had planned to do being swirled around in my mind with the main character's name being Beatrice. I will keep you posted on that one.

I met Track Changes through Kat, Trello through Sherry, Edit Minion and Quality Manuscript through Monica, Preditors and  Editors through Laurie. Three days well worth the time and effort spent. I came away with some new blog ideas that I will incorporate later.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience with a great group of people! I have new ideas swirling around in my brain as well as new takes on some old ones.

Doing What I Can,  While I Can,

Aside 1 - Busy day coming up on Saturday with a Book Plate Signing at Books-A-Million from 2-4 on June 18, in Jackson, TN.

AND

Meet and Greet Book Signing on June 18 at the Juneteenth Celebration in Dyersburg, TN on St. Joseph Ave. at 6 p.m.

Aside 2 - "Auntie Em," whoever she is, wrote a good review for my paranormal book! Take a look on Amazon.com under my name and you will see.

Here is a brief poem for today:

With old fires restoked and new ones burning
My brain is alive with thoughts just a-churning
Going to turn up my volume of work put out
Because to make room for my novella, my desk
Has to be clear, of this fact, there is no doubt
So, I'm gonna make my computer and printer sing and shout!
