Have you ever wondered why things have to change?
We are born then there's a change and
we move into childhood, the teen years
change
we grow up and leave home
change
we get married
change
we get a job
change
we have children
change
our children leave home
change
we have to deal with aging relatives
change
we go into retirement
change
then we become acquainted with the creeping pains of old age
change
we go to the nursing home...
change...
Then we start thinking about what life is going to be like on the other side since we know that that's what we have to look forward to. We live until life comes to an end for us down here. But you know, all of those changes, we basically expect. Then there are the things that happen in our lives that are not always pleasant. When the unpleasant things happen, those are the times that remind us to be thankful that we have an all-wise FATHER. cont.
