A hearty good morning to you and I hope that all is well with you. It is October 14 already and I have not given you a poem for the month, so here goes:
It Just Doesn't Matter
Wind-borne or tactile transmission
It does not matter how
What mankind has to do is, like
Men of old; give HIM HIS
Just due and give it to HIM now!
Seems each time we get bent on hatred
HE always has an equalizer to send
To make men forget their differences
And their hate-mongering ways to mend.
A message in this poem
For certain, there is that
So take the time to ponder over it
And forget about paying your
Wrongdoer back.
Hitler
Isis
Ebola
Implication understood...
Have to unite right now, and do
It for the common good.
I've pondered long and hard over this poem
And it just would not go away
So I have written it in my blog
And I have had my say
Don't know what sages will pen
About this blog of mine
That remains to be read
Upon the ripples of time.
