Merry Christmas!

Doing some preparatory cooking today. Am still stuffed from Thanksgiving so am cooking a different type of fare, but just as tasty!
On yesterday, we visited with a different church family and took along a couple of covered dishes. My food was a resounding success and brought empty bowls back home to prove it! As any cook will tell you, that makes all of the sweat worthwhile.  Ah-h-h...there is nothing like good food enjoyed in Christian fellowship with your church family.
Oh...(grunt, grunt) will have to hit the walking trail right early Thursday morning after Christmas. Have to work off these extra pounds that I have gained.  I tell you what, though; I enjoyed every lip smacking bite of the food that packed these extra pounds on me.

P.S. - Nope, not talking about that. You will just have to wait three more days. Ha ha You thought I had forgotten it didn't you? Now, just tell me how I could forget? You didn't forget, did you? Exactly, then why would you think I would? Ha ha hee hee, I am rather enjoying this little game with you. Ipe! Ipe! Ipe! Don't you say you are not enjoying it. How do I know? Well, you are still reading it, aren't  you?
